Booking Confirmation
A website or WhatsApp enquiry is not an automatic booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after vehicle availability, fare, payment terms and journey details are accepted by both parties.
Vehicle Category
Vehicle category is confirmed according to availability. A specific make, model, colour or registration is not guaranteed unless clearly stated in writing.
Fare and Extra Charges
The quotation will state the fare basis and applicable inclusions. Toll, parking, state tax, permit, GST, driver allowance, night charges, waiting, extra kilometres, extra hours, local union vehicles and entry charges may be payable separately when not included in writing.
Route and Timing
Travel time and sightseeing coverage depend on traffic, weather, road conditions, local rules, security restrictions, opening hours and passenger delays.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation, date change and refund conditions depend on the vehicle, season, route and advance commitment. Applicable terms should be confirmed before payment.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must carry valid identification and comply with laws, permits, hotel rules, pilgrimage registration, local administration and safety instructions. Illegal goods and unsafe conduct are not permitted.
Damage and Cleaning
Excessive cleaning, interior damage or loss caused by passengers may be chargeable based on actual assessment.
